Dr. Escobedo is a decent doctor, however, the staff working for her has gotten worse over the years and is currently horrendous. - Over schedule way too many patients at a time. Spent over 1 hour in the waiting room, not even getting vitals done. - Even after being placed in a room, the doctor still takes another 30 minutes to see you. The wait does not imply that she is being thorough reading your chart, as she seems to be reading it during the consult and making assumptions about medication being taken or not. - After doctor exits consultation, the staff sometimes forgets about you. In my case, I wasted 20 minutes in the room, waiting to have someone get me and provide lab orders, per the doctor's instructions. Getting you big out of pocket charges. These people use folks with good insurance and bleed them dry. John White. You ran bloodwork knowing it was not covered. I would not consent to that. Was not valid to run it either. So billed 300 plus times two for doing the same thing to my wife. Response to your review. I was recommended to Dr. Escobedo by a friend that is a patient. I've had issues with pain and swelling of my joints for a couple of years and previous doctors misdiagnosed me. Dr. Escobedo reviewed my records, ran several tests didn't give up until she found the issue. Now I'm on the correct medication and pain free.

St. Andrew's Clinic has the best doctor and staff. Dr. Escobedo is a compassionate, caring doctor that takes the time to really listen to her patients and does everything in her power to give them the best patient care possible. I'm always seen at my appointment time and the staff is always very friendly and professional. I recommend this clinic to everyone who is looking for a good experience all around!
